The Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru of the domain Chantal Lescure is the result of the so-called prestigious Place, and extends over a surface of 30 acres. The majority of the soil is argilo-calcary with predominantly stony soil and yields are limited to 30 hectolitres per hectare.

Harvests are made in a box of 25 kg so that the grapes do not burst. Then they are sorted out, not trodden and enlivened by gravity. Special care but mandatory to obtain the desired quality.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : The Grand Cru Clos de Vougeot of the Chantal Lescure estate is the wine that is closest to the perfection that is sought in a great burgundy. A vinified and raised plot with special care for 18 months.

There are no words to describe this wine as precisely as tasting will do.
