The Terroirs de Béru cuvée perfectly embodies the singular identity of Château de Béru in the heart of the Chablis appellation. Made from a meticulous blend of all the estate's plots, this wine reflects the authenticity and diversity of the Béru terroir. Hand harvesting precedes winemaking in stainless steel tanks, followed by 18 months' ageing, before bottling with a low dose of sulfur (20mg/l).

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Château de Béru's Terroirs de Béru cuvée has the sincere ambition of capturing the essence of the terroir of the hill of Béru. This blend reflects the common features of the wine estate's plots: altitude, northern location in the Chablis vineyard, and a strong presence of Kimmeridgian limestone in the soils. Long ageing on fine lees in vats and foudres reinforces the purity of this expression of terroir, with the balance and subtle white-fruit flesh that characterize this exceptional wine.
