Wine Description

Champagne Les 7 by Domaine Laherte Frères is the most authentic champagne to be found on the Chavot terroirs. It's a cuvée that showcases Champagne's historic grape varieties. The blend comprises the 7 grape varieties authorized in the appellation: Fromenteau, Arbanne, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier and Petit Meslier. These grape varieties have very different characteristics, but complement each other perfectly on this terroir.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Champagne Les 7 is a rare and prestigious champagne that can be found on the finest gourmet tables. It's a real tribute to the champagnes of yesteryear, produced over 250 years ago.

Blended from several vintages of a perpetual reserve since 2005. A true jewel that must be drunk once in a lifetime.

The nose is very complex, with notes of hazelnut, rhubarb, apricot and flower honey. A slight herbal touch adds freshness to the bouquet.

The palate is creamy and pastry-like. Then, a fine acidity reveals itself to bring balance. This champagne is very sensual, with great length on the palate. The finish has a fine mineral structure.
