Wine Description

Roc d'Anglade Rosé de Roc d'Anglade blends classic Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes on clay-silica soils rich in limestone pebbles. Very low yields and Rémy Pédréno 's low-intervention winemaking techniques produce a rosé of the highest quality.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Roc d'Anglade Rosé from the Roc d'Anglade wine estate is no ordinary Languedoc rosé. This cuvée seduces with its tactile elegance and the gastronomic length that distinguishes Rémy Pédréno's great wines.

The nose is all sensual elegance, opening with floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of lemon blossom, vine peach, citrus fruit and a touch of pink berries that give the wine a welcome lightness.

The palate is fresh, voluptuous and perfectly balanced between juicy sweetness and supple fruit. The final tension is a reminder that behind the immediate seduction lies a true terroir rosé, with a gastronomic character worthy of the best Languedoc white wines.
