The Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru of Domaine Trapet Père et Fils draws its identity from the southern end of the Gevrey Chambertin hillside. The palate is sapid and full-bodied, with a freshness that is assertive from the outset, and vibrant acidity that underlines the intensity of the fruit.
