Esprit d'nos Aïeux Distillerie La Grange | Alsace

In the spirit of a chartreuse, this plant-based liqueur has been created by the artisan distillery La Grange with the local plants found in our Alsatian mountains. Florian's idea was to highlight the typicality of the region and the ancestral know-how of working with plants to create an expressive, fresh digestif.

This liqueur is made from fifteen different plants. From blackcurrant to camomile, the aromatic expression of herbs such as thyme, sage and verbena.
