Domaine Pattes Loup is a family-run wine estate in the commune of Courgis , which was taken over in 2004 by Thomas Pico. From the outset, his aim has been to improve the quality of the wines and the cultivation of the estate's vines. He quickly embarked on an environmentally-friendly approach, certifying the entire wine estate in 2009.

With the invaluable help of like-minded neighbors such as Domaine Alice and Olivier de Moor, he has succeeded brilliantly. At the outset, his small 3-hectare wine estate enabled him to carry out all his work by hand, using moderate tillage and, above all, as few inputs as possible.

Today, he owns 8 hectares, all of which he has converted to organic farming. For Thomas Pico, his passion is his profession, and he wouldn't change it for anything in the world, despite the regular weather difficulties of recent years.The Pattes Loup wine estate now boasts several cuvées of Chablis, including the Chablis Vent d'Ange, which is bursting with fruit right from the start. The Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux and the Chablis 1er Cru Côte de Jouan are true works of art, bursting with fruit and extraordinary minerality.
