We select wines with assertive personalities that represent their terroir with interest. Our job is to be open to the world, so that we can share interesting discoveries with you. A wine worthy of interest is not one we'll love for a short time, but one we'll remember.
For us, the winemaker must sublimate his terroir, contribute his know-how, his touch of genius. A wine is a work of art, and it's up to the winemaker to express what he or she wants.
We consider wine to be a noble material, and we attach great importance to the way in which the winemaker works with his vineyard and how the wine is aged.
"Life is too short to drink mediocre wines
said Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.Biodynamics, pleasure and emotion
We defend "pure" wine, that which contains the fewest possible inputs. We believe that this is not possible if there is no impetus from the winemaker. We defend biodynamic and natural wines, but above all, they must give pleasure, even emotion.
In short, we value wines of the highest quality. Just because a wine is expensive doesn't mean it's good. Conversely, just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's bad.
The winemakers we appreciate leave nothing to chance, and our guidelines reflect this. Let's appreciate wine at its true value and take pleasure in tasting it.
