Long description
Alice and Olivier De Moor are an engaging couple of winemakers, who have been rooted in the small village of Courgis since the 1990s. They have followed the same path, and both hold a diploma in oenology from Dijon. Both made the choice to put themselves at the service of nature in order to produce the purest, most authentic wines possible , starting with organic and biodynamic viticulture.
It's in this context that Alice and Olivier de Moor tend their vines and produce fabulous wines, such as their Bourgogne Aligoté or their magnificent Chablis Bel-Air et Clardy. Another part of their production is sold to the wine trade, under the name Les Vendangeurs Masqués. Here too, the wines are of an exceptional standard, such as their Vin de France Caravan, Bourgogne Blanc and Chablis.
The couple are also fortunate to be surrounded by their distinguished colleague and close neighbor, Thomas Pico of the Pattes Loup wine estate.
Their hard work has paid off, with customers and the wine trade praising the quality of their work, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. This well-deserved success reflects the quality of the wines they produce, both on the wine estate and in their négociant cuvées.
A Burgundy wine estate to watch, as quantities are extremely limited and the demand is growing!
