Winemaking is done naturally, without the addition of oenological products, allowing the indigenous yeasts to reveal their full aromatic potential.

The two cuvées we've been lucky enough to list are Champagne Fidèle, a Blanc de Noirs made mainly from old vines grown on the wine estate. This is followed by Champagne Blanc d'Argile, a Blanc de Blancs champagne made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety, seductive in its finesse and purity.
