Conditions
After receipt of your order and in accordance with the law, you have up to 15 days to return your order to :

Your return will be accepted if the product has not been damaged or opened and is still in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you.
To prepare your return
Go to your account on the mundovin.com website, select the product you wish to return and indicate the reason for your return.
Once we have validated your return, please indicate the following address on your return:

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
Right of withdrawal and time limit
In the case of distance selling, the customer has a period of fourteen clear days in which to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods.
Before expiry of the withdrawal period, you must send the seller a characterful withdrawal form or a statement expressing your wish to withdraw.
You must return the product to the seller within 14 days of sending your retraction.
Conditions of withdrawal
Any order may be retracted provided that the parcel(s) making up the order are returned intact to the seller within 14 days of the sending of the customer's wish to retract. The return costs will be borne by the purchaser and correspond to the amount of the shipping costs + 5 euros per parcel. If the customer has not been able to receive the parcel within the time limit and the parcel is returned to Mundovin, the buyer must pay the return and reshipment costs if he/she wishes to be re-delivered.
