The Papet cuvée is the flagship of the wine estate. This cuvée is made only when the vintage permits. The wine is made from different parcels, the majority of which are old Grenache vines. The exact blend of 76% Grenache, 12% Syrah and 12% Mourvèdre is just magnificent. The wine's freshness and balance are close to perfection.
