Chantal Lescure 's Pommard 1er Cru Les Bertins is located in the southern part of Pommard, close to Volnay. Since the arrival of François Chavériat, this wine has only improved in quality with each passing year. He has chosen to work his soils, cultivate his vines organically and also taken responsibility for drastically reducing yields.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : The Premier Cru Les Bertins in the Pommard appellation is certainly one of the finest Pommards I'vetasted in the last 3 years. Its profile is bright, complex and invigorating. A wine of great aromatic power, racy style and incredibly silky substance.

On the nose, the wine reveals a vast palette of aromas, ranging from red berry notes to hints of blackberry, blackcurrant, mocha and vanilla.

The palate is full-bodied, powerful and delicious. A wine that oscillates between the power of Volnay and the breed of Pommard. A singular , authentic interpretation of the Les Bertins climat.
