Grown on a biodynamically farmed Kimmeridgian clay-limestone plot — —this cuvée displays a mineral character and exceptional richness. Combining the limestone character of the Chablis soil with the velvety texture resulting from extended ageing on fine lees in old oak barrels, this brut nature cuvée expresses the vinous character of Pinot Noir with incomparable finesse.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin: Champagne Fidèle is Domaine Vouette & Sorbée’s iconic “blanc de noirs” cuvée. Its exceptional smoothness is matched only by its pure and crisp minerality, a “faithful” reflection of its Chablis-typical limestone terroir.

The nose reveals a seductive bouquet of ripe fruit, where citrus notes mingle with poached pear and baked apple. Hints of white flowers blend with a delicate minerality in a subtle interplay that invites you to savor it.
