The Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts from Domaine des Lambrays represents one of the most strategic acquisitions made by Jacques Devauges since he took the helm of the wine estate in 2019: nearly half a hectare in the heart of this legendary climat, renowned for its northern location within the appellation, facing the Clos de Vougeot, on clay-limestone soils of remarkable depth and richness. The vines benefit from slow ripening and deep root systems, which give this Pinot Noir exceptional aromatic complexity and density of texture. This Beaux Monts clearly bears the hallmarks of the great Vosne wines: purity, fragrance, and depth.

The nose makes a striking impression with the aromatic purity and generosity characteristic of the great Vosne wines, revealing an expressive bouquet of fresh cherry and blueberry, enveloped in delicate floral notes.
