Wine Description

Black Flory White Champagne is the cuvée that well represents the style of the house. A gourmet champagne, winey and generous. It is vinified in enamelled vats and oak lightning, which brings a very light woody touch. Champagne is measured at 6g/l so that it is accessible for a dinner aperitif for example. It is a champagne composed exclusively of Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bars. The vines are about 25 years old and give a superb material and a lot of aromatic expression. Black White cuvée is the most accessible of the fleury domain.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : The Fleury House is a pioneer in biodynamic agriculture in the champagne wine region. One feels in this white champagne of blacks a depth and minerality which it is rare to find on the black pinot of the coast bars. It is the ideal champagne for an aperitif with friends or family. But it can also be enjoyed with some fresh fruit desserts.

The nose of this black white nicknamed BN by Maison Fleury is explosive, it reveals notes of dried fruits (noisette, almond), a slightly pastry touch due to breeding and a fresh lemony that brings the necessary shine.

In the palate, the attack is supple, very silky with notes of badian, candied lemons. We also discover notes of ripe yellow fruits such as apricot or peach. It is a champagne that it is ideal to serve between 8 and 9°C.
