Maison Marguet 's Shaman Rosé 21 cuvée is a true Champagne gem. Produced from the prestigious Grands Crus of Ambonnay and Bouzy, this champagne is a blend of 76% Chardonnay and 24% Pinot Noir. These terroirs, located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, are distinguished by their chalky subsoil, bringing finesse and minerality to the wine. The main harvest comes from 2021, enriched by reserve wines to guarantee consistency of style and balance.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : This champagne is vinified and aged in oak barrels, a method that favors aromatic complexity through subtle micro-oxygenation. In keeping with his commitment to biodynamic viticulture, Benoît Marguet uses no added sulfur (0 mg/L), allowing an authentic expression of fruit and terroir. What's more, this cuvée is not dosed, which enhances its freshness and precision.

On the nose, aromas of crisp red fruits such as wild strawberry and raspberry intertwine with floral notes and a hint of citrus.

On the palate, it reveals a lively, chiseled attack, followed by a silky texture, where flavors of red berries, orange zest and a subtle hint of spice blend harmoniously. The finish is long, saline and vibrant, leaving an elegant mineral imprint.
