This cuvée, composed mainly of Syrah with Mourvèdre and a touch of Grenache, reveals an authentic, assertive character. Marlène Soria ages this wine for 10 years, allowing it to blossom into a gourmet, velvety wine. A great wine for connoisseurs, it evolves perfectly in the glass, offering an aromatic palette combining smoky, licorice and spicy notes.

She offers us a powerful, serious and rustic wine profile with this Clos des Cistes cuvée. This is unquestionably one of the great Languedoc wines, a monument of complexity and depth. The Syrah diva never ceases to surprise.

On the nose, the wine displays notes of blackcurrant and blackberry jam. It has a sanguine side, with hints of black pepper and licorice. The aromatic palette is very broad and evolves on smoky notes after oxygenation. The wine's first impression is extraordinary.

Intense, tannic and powerful on the palate, with an exemplary greediness and suavity. It's difficult to express all the complexity of this wine in one sentence: you have to taste it to understand it. A great wine!
