Known for his "Isole e Olena" wine estate in Tuscany, Paolo de Marchi revived his ancestral property in the Alto Piemonte region in 1999.

His son Luca, accompanied by his wife Francesca, now energetically manages the Sperino estate. The microclimate of this area of the Alto Piemonte, with its particularly pronounced thermal amplitude, combined with a terroir composed of marine sands, produces very elegant wines that will delight lovers of Burgundy.

Uvaggio and Lessona are the two flagship cuvées with very Piedmontese origins. l Franc Bandit is a great Cabernet Franc cuvée, reminiscent of the great terroirs of Saumur Champigny.
