The 2023 Chioso Novo cuvée is a single-vineyard wine made from 100% Sciaccarellu , aged for twelve months in demi-muids on the granite-rich sandy soils of the Ajaccio appellation. This Corsican red stands out for its briny finish and its remarkably refined tannins. Mundovin selected this cuvée for the precision with which the grape variety expresses its island terroir.
