Champagne Fleury is a family-run wine estate that pioneered biodynamic vi ticulture in the region. Their rigorous work in the vineyard is now bearing fruit. The champagnes they produce are of incredible precision. They're wines before they're champagnes, and it's this vinosity that brings gourmandise to the entire range of champagnes from Maison Fleury.

Fleury's other distinctive feature is the almost dominant use of Pinot Noir in the blending of its cuvées.

In fact, the most accessible cuvée, Blanc de Noirs, is 100% Pinot Noir. The Fleur de l'Europe cuvée is 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, and is not blended. The Millésimé is also mostly made from this grape variety, with Chardonnay making up 25%.

For Maison Fleury, Pinot Noir is considered the king of the Côte des Bars terroir.
