Flower of Europe of the champagne house Fleury is a remarkable cuvée from an assemblage of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% of Chardonnay. This cuvée is one of the rarest produced by the domain because only 5000 bottles are produced each year. The other characteristic of Europe's flower cuvée is its expressive and brilliant side brought by the non-dose. A real champagne for the purists and lovers of champagne very bright.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : The European Flower Cuvée is one of the must-sees of the Fleury House. The grapes come from vines aged 25 years on average on the Coast of Bar and vinified in oak barrels and vats to bring liveliness and a gourmet touch to the whole. We immediately feel the footprint of the land thanks to a fabulous work in biodynamics.

In the nose, the wine develops sumptuous aromas of pear williams, apple in the oven. Beautiful touches of badian, almond and roasted hazelnut reveal themselves after a very light aeration of the champagne.

The mouth is large, rich and of remarkable volume. This fruity expression and its citrus notes are counterbalanced by a mineral freshness typical of this cuvée. The mouth ends with chalky notes and a touch of toasted notes.
