Antoine Lienhardt's Bourgogne Aligoté is a wine whose demand has been exploding for several years. The main reason for this is the development of its quality, and global warming, which has given this grape variety greater resistance to hot weather, while offering more freshness to the wine.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : This Bourgogne Aligoté produced by Antoine Lienhardt is the fruit of a blend of different parcels planted in the 1950s, often on terroirs rich in marl and clay. It is also distinguished by the precision of its ageing and its hint of salinity, which brings real energy to this wine. This is certainly one of the finest Aligoté wines in terms of value for money.

On the nose, the wine opens with floral notes of eucalyptus and coriander. There are also hints of pink grapefruit, Granny Smith apple and a touch of floral honey.

The palate is a true model of balance. It subtly interweaves the crisp fruitiness of Aligoté with a spicier dimension and a saline character. The finish is accompanied by refreshing touches of eucalyptus.
