This blend is made with 40% reserve wines kept in barrels. This is the wine estate's first cuvée, and the one that most embodiesAurélien Laherte's style.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : "The Ultradition cuvée from the Laherte Frères wine estate is atypical for a non-vintage Extra-Brut, as it is composed mainly of Pinot Meunier. The champagne's style is marked by minerality and aromatic intensity. The bubbles are both fiery and gourmand.

From the very first nose, we discover complexity, with notes of dried fruit, lime, mirabelle plum and greengage. All expressed with remarkable precision.

The palate is sensual, gourmand and full of vitality. The bubbles are fine, saline and mineral. A champagne that is both energetic and somewhat comforting in its aromatic nature.
