Wine Description

Maison Fleury 's 2010 vintage Champagneis a cuvée made from a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from 4 parcels on the Côte des Bar. Winemaking for this 2010 vintage is carried out in vats for 40% of the harvest and 60% in oak barrels. This process allows us to obtain a beautiful aromatic expression while preserving the greatest possible freshness.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Champagne Millésimé 2010 is a low dosage cuvée that reveals a perfectly balanced profile between freshness and delicacy. The sparkling process is carried out under cork, which allows the wine to breathe very lightly.

On the nose, this champagne develops rather pastry-like notes, with hints of vanilla, dried fruit and fine citrus aromas.

The palate is fresh on the attack, with citrus and pineapple aromas supported by a beautiful minerality that adds a lot of sparkle. The aromatic persistence is incredible.
