Domaine Ganevat 's Poulsard Les Chalasses Vieilles Vignes originates in Rotalier, in the locality of Les Chalasses, where century-old vines sink their roots into southeast-facing clay-marl soils. Vinified in demi-muids, unfiltered and without added sulfites, this wine embodies the non-interventionist philosophy of the wine estate and its Jura terroir, with an extraordinary purity of fruit.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Jean François Ganevat 's Poulsard Les Chalasses Vieilles Vignes sublimates its grey marl terroir. A wine of terroir above all, it reveals a purity and delicacy that belong only to the Jura.

The nose reveals complex notes of tart red berries, which are enhanced by hints of spice and cocoa on aeration.

On the palate, the supple, elegant texture seduces with its delicate touch and well-melted tannins. Flavors of wild berries mingle harmoniously with notes of cocoa and noble spices, which find length and mineral freshness on the finish.
