Domaine Ganevat 'sDe Toute Beauté is a cuvée for the trade, born of the encounter between Gamay and a constellation of Jura grape varieties, led by Trousseau and Poulsard . Biodynamic viticultural methods are used, and the winemaking process is carried out with the same rigor and exacting standards as the cuvées produced by the wine estate.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin: Domaine Ganevat 's cuvée De Toute Beauté is particularly aptly named. Whole-cluster winemaking and semi-carbonic fermentation give real density to the grape varieties, which strike a rare balance between delicacy and generosity. This Jura red is all the more singular for its unsuspected complexity!

The nose opens with aromas of crushed strawberry, fresh raspberry and pomegranate. A floral framework dominated by scents of peony and musk rose runs through the wine from start to finish, with a hint of sweet spices adding relief at the back of the glass.

On the palate, the lively, juicy texture seduces with its supple, delicate tannins. Superb acidity energizes the wine's body, giving the aromas of red fruits and fine spices an intensity that doesn't falter until the last sip. It's a real beauty!
