A fine and fresh Pic Saint Loup

The Pic Saint Loup Thyia of the domain Inebriati is the "high-end" cuvée of the domain. A wine that displays a sweet price compared to what is practiced on cuvées except for Languedoc. Thyia is a wine composed mainly of Syrah completed with a hint of Grenache. Everything is worked out so as to obtain finesse and freshness. Like all the wines in the winery, Thyia cuvée respects the values of Victor Beau and Hervé Guillard. Who are the two players in the Inebriati domain.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin Thyia is a wine in line with other wines of the estate. He stands out from others for his depth, his potential for guarding and above all his great finesse. The vines of Thyia are located on the most beautiful plateau of the Pic Saint Loup and offer more complexity and elegance to this cuvée. The winemakers of the Inebriati estate are proud to be able to exploit this plot in the heart of a limestone plateau and to offer what is best done on the Pic Saint Loup.

In the nose, the wine is of great depth, there is an additional aromatic complexity in comparison with Drya. The fineness of this nose is exemplary and carries us into a whole other wine horizon much more interesting than one might think.

On attack, the mouth is fresh, endowed with a beautiful material, the aromas of red fruits and notes of fruit with kirsch reveal themselves delicately. A wine that drinks perfectly in youth but can also be expected!
