The Inebriati estate was created in 2010 with just 2 hectares of vines leased from the Beauthorey wine estate. All the vines were taken over by Victor Beau and Hervé Guillard, who had been working biodynamically since 1994. A superb working base that has enabled them to produce top-quality wines straight away.

They also benefit from exceptional terroirs, as all the vines are located at the northern end of the Pic Saint Loup appellation area, near Vacquières. These "Gravette" terroirs are right in the middle of the garrigue, encircled by limestone cliffs. This terroir has the particularity of keeping cool in summer and being very draining.

Most of the vineyard work is carried out by Victor Beau, while Hervé Guillard is responsible for winemaking. But it's not unusual for one to lend a hand to the other from time to time. The viticulture is healthy and unpretentious, reflecting only nature, terroir and tradition.

When it comes to winemaking, both the red and white wines are never subjected to oenological modifications, to ensure that the terroir is reflected as faithfully as possible.

The cuvées we've fallen in love with are Grenache 3, Drya, Thya and Oréa. These are wines of character, each with its own personality, but all meeting similar quality criteria.

This is a wine estate that we'll have to keep a close eye on, as there are many applicants and volumes are not scalable. For us, these are winemakers of the future in the Pic Saint Loup appellation, and one of the Languedoc's finest ascents of the last 5 years.
