The Fumey Chatelain cuvée Fertans is an elegant creation made from the emblematic Poulsard grape variety. This red wine expresses the unique character of the Jura terroir. Planted on the marl-limestone soil specific to the Arbois appellation, the vines for this cuvée receive special attention, with very low yields and delicate winemaking in stainless steel tanks.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Cuvée Fertans, made from Poulsard grapes, is a true expression of Jura elegance, shaped by the talent of Raphaël Fumey Chatelain. A wine of finesse that reveals the subtlety of the grape variety and the richness of its terroir.

On the nose, Cuvée Fertans seduces with delicate notes of fresh red fruit, raspberry and cherry. Floral and spicy nuances complete this refined aromatic bouquet.

On the palate, the wine reveals a light, airy texture, supported by refreshing acidity. Red fruit flavors persist, enhanced by subtle touches of pepper and spice. The delicate finish prolongs the experience with elegance.
