Domaine de la Tournelle 'sArbois Uva Arbosiana is a captivating example of the potential of Jura red wines. Produced in carbonic maceration and without sulfur from harvest to bottling, this Poulsard (or Ploussard) cuvée is born on the Lias clay and marl soils typical ofArbois. Organically grown, the grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed in the vineyard. After 1 month of carbonic maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless-steel vats, the wine is aged in old tuns for 3 to 4 months to bring just the right patina to the grapes, without masking the purity of the fruit.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Domaine de la Tournelle 'sArbois Uva Arbosiana reveals unparalleled purity and delicacy. Its aromatic purity, freshness and balance make it a wise choice for lovers of natural wines seeking a pure expression of terroir. A wine for pleasure and friends!

The nose seduces with aromas of bright red fruits, enhanced by delicate floral nuances. Spicy notes with a few deeper accents evoking dried flowers and undergrowth complete this already very pleasant bouquet.

On the palate, it's the substance that charms with its finesse and impressive balance. The tannins are present but silky, offering a pleasant structure that supports the raspberry and burlat cherry flavors. The minerality characteristic of Jura wines is particularly noticeable on the finish, whose freshness adds an extra touch of lightness and pleasure to the whole.
