Wine Description

The Triple Zero Rosé of the domain of the size to the Wolves is an effervescent wine not dosed from the appellation Touraine. It is 100% from the grape variety Gamay and n no chaptalization. Aucune liqueur de tirage ni de liqueur d'expédition n.

Jacky Blot, the winemaker and creator of this cuvée wanted to make a wine for purist stripped of any fireworks. It's a very refreshing bubble, full of finesse and elegance. An ideal cuvée for a dinner aperitif.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Triple Zero Rosé is a really amazing bubble. The Gamay brings a greed and a liveliness that brings vitality to the whole. Aging on 24 month slats brings enough roundness to avoid having to dose this effervescent wine. This cuvée is one of the very rare wines of the area of the Wolves, its availability is therefore not guaranteed throughout the year.

On the nose, this sparkling peat is very fresh and reveals notes of currants, strawberry with sugar, cherry with kirsch, fresh roses. A very airy and elegant nose that makes many rosy champagnes pale.

The mouth reveals an extremely thin, smooth and lively bubble at the same time. The balance is magisterial. The finish ends on a beautiful mineral note. A superb bubble that is not lacking in drinkability.
