On the nose, Bourgogne Aligoté Petit Puits opens with an elegant, chiselled framework of white fruit. Ripe pear and yellow apple intertwine with notes of candied citrus. Beautiful nuances of hawthorn and acacia flower mingle with the fruit, while herbaceous nuances and delicate minerality accentuate the freshness of the bouquet.

On the palate, the material flows energetically over a lively, straightforward acidity. The silky texture envelops the palate with a beautiful fullness, without losing the nervousness that is the hallmark of the wine estate's style.
