Domaine Antoine Lienhardt's Bourgogne Pinot Noir comes from two parcels located beneath the village of Comblanchien, just around the Gallo-Roman remains. The vines are on average around 50 years old and are planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested whole, and the winemaking process is carried out without the use of any additives.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : The Bourgogne Pinot Noir produced by Antoine offers us a beautiful aromatic complexity from the very first years, thanks in particular to its ageing in concrete vats and old barrels. It reveals a particularly noble profile and a very fruity side. This is made possible by the fact that no sulfur was added at all during the winemaking and ageing process, nor at bottling.

On the nose, the wine opens with hints of kirsch, leather and an almost sanguine quality. Notes of red fruit appear after a few minutes of oxygenation, giving the wine an extra gourmet touch .

The palate is fresh, with magnificent, invigorating acidity. The tannins are ripe and slightly astringent, giving depth to this Bourgogne Pinot Noir. A true symbol of gourmandise , which you'll never tire of drinking with friends over a convivial meal.
