The Arlaud wine estate was founded in 1942. Since 2013, Cyprien Arlaud has been managing this magnificent 15-hectare biodynamic wine estate, which includes 19 appellations, and not the least. The Arlaud wine estate is present in 4 Grands Crus (Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint Denis, Charmes Chambertin and Bonnes Mares). The domaine has a predilection for Morey-Saint-Denis, a village with no more than 150 hectares of vines, where the wines are haute couture, and those of Domaine Arlaud are proof of this, particularly the premier crus: "Aux Cheseaux", "Les Ruchots" and "Les Millandes". Sulfur is used sparingly, and no other oenological products are added to guarantee the authenticity of the wines. The wines are aged with the greatest care in our cellar in Morey Saint Denis. The preservation of the terroirs through perfectly clean vine cultivation. The wine estate has been biodynamic since 2010, and the vines have been grown organically since 2004. It is also the first certified biodynamic wine estate in Morey Saint Denis. It's a wine estate to fall in love with, making wines that are accessible in their youth for certain cuvées, and made to keep for up to 20 years for its grands crus. Cyprien Arlaud's style is one of finesse and substance. His aim is always to represent his terroir as accurately as possible. The wines are also endowed with magnificent fruit and absolute deliciousness, without losing the authenticity and richness of the different terroirs. " Respect nature, the soil and the plant, and the fruit will be all the better for it." This is the conviction of Domaine Arlaud, undeniably one of the leading wine estates on the Côte de Nuits. Rigorous work in the vineyards and in winemaking has earned the wines of the Arlaud wine estate a superb reputation, as well as accolades in all the benchmark guides.
