The 2023 Pommard Clos des Roses comes from a single-vineyard plot cultivated using certified biodynamic methods . This Pinot Noir is vinified using 85% whole clusters, with no added sulfur, and then aged for 12 months in barrels. Its clay-limestone terroir in the Côte de Beaune gives it a distinct character. A beautiful expression of this Burgundy red, which will gain complexity with a few years of aging.
