Roc de Cambes 2016 François Mitjavile | Bordeaux

Cuvée Roc de Cambes from the Château Roc de Cambes which is considered the best of all Côtes de Bourg. It is also this wine that made it possible to make known this name. Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Roc de Cambes is rightly considered by the greatest tasters as one of the best wine Bordeaux. He is illustrated by his finesse and incredible complexity of his aromatic. The wine is made up of 80% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, with a touch of Malbec 5%. What makes the magic of this wine is the precision of the work both in the vines and during the breeding.

The nose is dark, on notes of grieve, cream of blackcurrant, a touch of sweet spice and coffee. Wood is a great nobility, certainly the noblest of all Bordeaux.

The mouth is powerful, scraped, the matter is very beautiful. The tannins are already silky thanks to a 3-year farm that the Mitjavile family strives to do.
