This perry stands out for its very accessible profile, without being really simple. The palate is caressing and almost vinous, marked by a perfectly integrated natural sweetness and, above all, a mineral tension that gives it a very viticultural character. Its limpid, thirst-quenching finish makes it an ideal companion for moments of contemplation or light desserts, where subtlety takes precedence over power.
