Champagne The Aphrodisiac 2016 of the field David Léclapart is a real jewel produced on the terroirs of the Mountain of Reims and especially on the Pierre Saint Martin plot. David Leclapart is one of the pioneers of biodynamics in Champagne with Fleury champagnes. It has been certified since 1998 and seeks to bring forth all the authenticity of its terroir the Aphrodisiac this is the perfect illustration.
The marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir which are fully vinified in very old oak barrels allows to obtain a champagne with silky texture and invigorating bubbles. It is distinguished for a disproportionate aromatic complexity where you can find in particular hints of candied fruit, a beautiful minerality and also subtle floral notes.
