Produced exclusively from organic Williams pears harvested at perfect maturity in the Haut-Languedoc natural park, it is distilled slowly in a traditional Stupfler copper still, a guarantee of finesse and aromatic precision. With no filtration, additives or added sugar, this handcrafted cuvée retains only the heart of the toast, to guarantee a distillate as pure as it is complex. It embodies respect for fruit, terroir and the natural rhythm of distillation.

On the nose, an explosion of juicy, melting pear aromas, with a delicate roundness. Subtle nuances of floral honey, sweet vanilla and dried fruit add complexity to this fruity bouquet.

On the palate, the attack is fresh and quickly rounds out into a silky, almost buttery texture. The eau-de-vie then unfolds all the natural richness of the fruit, with good length, an elegant finish and perfect alcohol control.
