The "De Toute Beauté" cuvée from the Jean-François Ganevat wine estate is one of Fanfan 's magnificent négociant cuvées . This cuvée is a blend of indigenous and modern grape varieties, with 70% of the cuvée composed of Gamay. The Gamays come from different terroirs near Rotalier, and are complemented by Petit Béclan, Gros Béclan, Geusche, Argant, Peurion, Isabelle and Enfariné.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : the "De toute beauté" cuvée is a very special and highly complex. Whole-cluster winemaking and semi-carbonic fermentation give this Jura wine density and juiciness. The 24 months of ageing are designed to give the wine a fine patina, with the aim of making it as well-balanced as possible.

On the nose, the wine is very complex, with notes of wild strawberry, white pepper and cedar, as well as magnificent hints of red fruit. An explosive, precise nose.

The palate is full-bodied. A multitude of aromas present on the nose are complemented by notes of fresh herbs and superb, vibrant acidity. A great gourmet wine full of energy.
