Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin: Les Grands Teppes Pinot Noir embodies the Jura according to Jean François Ganevat. While its depth and bewitching texture readily evoke Burgundian character, its mineral vibrancy and energy are resolutely rooted in Jura terroir. A wine estate nugget!

The nose opens with crisp red berries and a floral bouquet that evolves with aeration towards spicy and subtly smoky notes.

On the palate, the wine's airy elegance reveals lacy tension, vibrant minerality and silky tannins. The aftertaste of red fruits and peaty spices lines the palate, while a flinty minerality evokes the character of the great Jura hillsides on retro-olfaction.
