Wine Description

J'en Veux Encore from Domaine Ganevat is a cuvée for the trade, blending Gamay from Fleurie with a number of Jura grape varieties, led by Trousseau and Poulsard . Biodynamic viticultural methods are used, and winemaking is carried out with the same rigor and exacting standards as for the estate's great cuvées.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin: J'en Veux Encore by Jean François Ganevat certainly lives up to its name! Silky, elegant and full of character, it's a cuvée of immediate pleasure that calls for sharing. It's the Ganevat signature at its most airy and delicious.

The nose is full of freshness and energy, marked by pretty notes of fresh raspberries, redcurrant jelly and flower petals.

The palate is a veritable explosion of wild red and black berries, juicy and tangy to perfection. The finely drawn tannins and sweet spices of the Gamay blend perfectly with the supple, silky texture and vibrant freshness. This is a juicy, digestible wine with highly expressive fruit.
