Champagne The Cotet is a pure chardonnay produced by the field Jacques Lassaigne from a single plot of vines over a half century old. This plot is located in the heart of the Coast of Bars to Montgueux on mostly chalky soils. One white high precision and remarkable finesse.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : La cuvée Le Cotet de Jacques Lassaigne is a sublime white white from Montgueux hill and considered as the Montrachet champagne. It is a very harmonious champagne that reveals an exceptional minerality. A cuvée thatEmmanuel Lassaigne raises with passion and love.

In the nose, this champagne is rather on the fineness and discretion. The floral notes, a mineral touch and grilled tips. He will express himself more intensely if the champagne glass is evased.

In the mouth, the bubble is extremely thin and moderate effervescence. We find the floral and mineral frame of the nose. The notes of verbena, ginger and aniseed touches complete the bouquet.
