Wine Description

Domaine Roc des Anges'cuvée Les Vignes Métissées is a refined rosé that celebrates the diversity of grape varieties and the exceptional terroir of Roussillon. Indeed, this cuvée is the result of a meticulous blend of several grape varieties , including Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and other local varieties such as Malvoisie. Each variety contributes to the wine's aromatic complexity and balance.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Les Vignes Métissés cuvée comes from Roussillon's schistose soils and sun-drenched Mediterranean climate. This provides ideal conditions for ripening the grapes. Fermentation is carried out naturally with indigenous yeasts, preserving the authenticity of the terroir.

On the nose, this cuvée offers a seductive aromatic bouquet. Aromas of juicy strawberries, raspberries, white peaches and delicate flowers. Notes of preserved lemon and garrigue enrich the olfactory palette.

On the palate, this rosé reveals a balanced palette of flavors. Red fruit and citrus dominate, accompanied by nuances of thyme, mint and sweet spices. Lively acidity brings invigorating freshness, culminating in an elegant finish.
