Llum is a cuvée full of aromatic intensity and always very refined. Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet perfectly illustrate their work and the quality of their terroir with this cuvée. Here, very old Grenache gris, Macabeu and Grenache blanc vines are grown in a dozen small plots. Each one is treated with the utmost care, without the addition of new wood, to preserve the authenticity of the terroir. This cuvée has deep aromatic intensity and great precision. Balance and precision are the hallmarks of the Le Roc des Anges wine estate.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin: A Roussillon white cuvée that rivals the greatest wines of France, its quality is exceptional for its price. The particular terroir, essentially schist with no clay, gives the wine a rare precision and clarity. A luminous, pure wine whose many connoisseurs are full of praise.

The nose is very elegant, with notes of lemongrass, green tea, grapefruit and orange blossom. The aromatic precision is unrivalled in this sector, and you can really feel the winemaker's "touch".

The palate is racy, with great clarity. Minerality joins fruity character, the balance is remarkable. Full of energy on the palate, this wine is indefatigable. The length and saline finish are truly incredible.
