Domaine Monier Perréol 's Viognier Roussanne is a singular white, conceived as a hyphen between generous fruit and straightforward terroir. Registered as an IGP Vin de Pays des Collines Rhodaniennes, it expresses the freest side of Domaine Monier Perreol, far from the strict appellation framework. The vines draw on the granite, gneiss and micaschist soils typical of the northern Rhône Valley, , for their remarkable mineral energy. Viognier unfurls its solar aromas, while Roussanne refines tension and texture. A pioneer of biodynamic vi ticulture in the region, the wine estate cultivates its vines by hand, without the use of chemicals or excessive intervention. Winemaking with indigenous yeasts and ageing in stainless steel vats preserve the wine's straightforwardness and natural freshness.
