This wine is crafted by talented winemaker Frédéric Pourtalié, whose passion for vines and terroir shines through in every bottle. The Terrasses du Larzac terroir, characterized by clay-limestone soils, rounded pebbles and Mediterranean influences, offers an ideal setting for the cultivation of vines.

Mischler Philippe, sommelier at Mundovin : Terrasses du Larzac wines from the Montcalmès wine estate are a remarkable blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes. The grapes are carefully grown organically on the sunny terraces of Larzac. A climate conducive to slow, harmonious ripening of the grapes.

On the nose, the wine's complex bouquet is seductive. Notes of ripe red fruit, wild berries and garrigue blend harmoniously with hints of spice and undergrowth. This aromatic blend reveals the richness and diversity of the terroir.

On the palate, the wine offers a memorable taste experience. Juicy black fruit flavors mingle with notes of licorice, pepper and thyme, creating an intoxicating symphony of taste.
