The cuvée parcellaire Pure T of the domain Janc Blanc is derived from most beautiful plots of Merlot composed of soils from Marnes to Ostréa (fossilized oysters). Winemaking is carried out entirely without inputs and sulphur-free added. Livestock is carried out in taransaud lightnings for 2 years to bring a nice patina to the wine.

Philippe Mischler, sommelier at Mundovin : Pure T is a rare cuvée produced on a plot of 80 acres planted about 40 years ago. This wine is produced in small quantities because only 3200 bottles on the 2018 vintage. It is a wine that has asked for more work and will also require more patience in the cellar.

On the nose, the wine reveals a great aromatic intensity. Black fruit notes are dominant. There are small similarities with some Pomerol thanks to the notes of black truffles and a nice smoky touch.

The mouth is delicate, the material is very flexible. There are notes of oriental spices, truffle, leather and a nice fruity imprint and a very subtly oaky touch. Undoubtedly a great wine from the south west.
