The Hubert Lamy wine estate is the benchmark for the Saint Aubin appellation. For several years now, it has been producing fine, racy wines with exceptional ageing potential.

Founded in 1973, the wine estate really came into its own in the 1990s. It was at this time that Olivier Lamy, the current winemaker, joined the wine estate. He began by identifying parcels that deserved to be vinified separately, and created parcel-based cuvées on the best Saint Aubin climats.

At the same time, the Lamy family also decided to plant Chardonnay, which was still rarely used in the Saint Aubin appellation. The results were beyond their expectations. The essentially limestone terroir is perfectly suited to the chardonnay grape variety, whether planted at the top or bottom of the hillside.

The Lamy family has also opted for a respectful approach to their terroir, taking a very "reasoned" approach to vine treatments. Ageing is particularly meticulous, lasting up to 18 months for the finest Burgundy crus.

Domaine Hubert Lamy is the ideal wine estate for wine lovers and enthusiasts of the Côte de Beaune.

Saint Aubin La Princée, Les Frionnes and Derrière chez Edouard rouge are real success stories, whatever the vintage. For us, these are the benchmark wines of the wine estate, but we mustn't forget the highly sought-after Murgers des dents de Chien, Puligny Montrachet Les Tremblot and Chassagne Montrachet Le Concis du champ.

Olivier Lamy's interpretation of his terroirs is so pure that it would be a shame to miss out.
